Plan #1 Snow Bird Package
      (November through May) 7 months Provide Weekly visual interior and exterior security inspection to include: inspecting all windows, doors, [as well as garage and out building’s] exterior structure to include: roof and rain drainage system, plumbing (flushing water system if on), inspecting heating system, security system (if installed) and back up power generator (run generator bi-monthly if installed) for any type of malfunction or possible malfunctions. *This plan also includes unlimited visits at no additional charge in response to alarm / emergency calls and to open/close for contractors, and if required start and run vehicle. If damage is ever discovered or work is being performed, pictures and/or a video recording will be provided at no additional cost. 

Plan #2 Empty Nesters Package
      Provide Bi-Monthly visual interior and exterior security inspection to include: inspecting all windows, doors, [as well as garage and out building’s] exterior structure to include: roof and rain drainage system, plumbing (flushing water system if on), inspecting heating system, security system (if installed) and back up power generator (run generator bi-monthly if installed) for any type of malfunction or possible malfunctions. *This plan also includes (1) visit per month at no additional charge in response to emergency calls and to open/close for contractors, and if required start and run vehicle. If damage is ever discovered, pictures and/or a video recording will be provided at no additional cost. 

Plan #3 Peace of Mind Package 
      Provide one Monthly visual interior and exterior security inspection to include: inspecting all windows, doors, [as well as garage and out building’s] exterior structure to include: roof and rain drainage system, plumbing (flushing water system if on), inspecting heating system, security system (if installed) and back up power generator (run generator bi-monthly if installed) for any type of malfunction or possible malfunctions. If damage is ever discovered, pictures and/or a video recording will be provided at no additional cost. 

Plan #4 Vacationers Package 
      Provide Daily visual interior and exterior security inspection to include: inspecting all windows, doors, [as well as garage and out building’s] exterior structure to include: roof and rain drainage system, plumbing (flushing water system), inspecting heating system, security system (if installed) and back up power generator (run generator bi-monthly if installed) for any type of malfunction or possible malfunctions. *Pet sitting is available to vacationers on this plan . 

Plan #5 Property Key Holder 
      Provide a point of contact to open and close for contractors. 

On plans #1 through #4, a monthly report will be provided (e-mailed or mailed) of dates and status of each inspection to property owner and if requested digital pictures of property. 

Snow removal and lawn care service are available for additional fees.
